Tutti Frutti vanilla sponge cake


mmm...this cake is delicious ๐
Here's my version of spongy and delectable Egg-less cake recipe for all those folks who can't eat eggs! Enjoy and share your experience!
DRY INGREDIENTS
- Wheat Flour (Atta) - 1 cup
- Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Tutti Frutti, dry fruits, raisins
WET INGREDIENTS
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence
PREPARATION STEPS:
- Beat sugar, yogurt, vanilla essence n oil till fluffy.
- Sieve wheat flour (or you can use refined flour), baking powder and baking soda.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients n lightly fold till well mixed.
- Add Tutti Frutti, dry fruits and raisins.
- If needed, add milk to form a smooth batter.
- Pour in greased cake dish.
- Bake at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes till done.
