Tutti Frutti vanilla sponge cake




mmm...this cake is delicious  ๐Ÿ˜‹ 
Here's my version of spongy and delectable Egg-less cake recipe for all those folks who can't eat eggs! Enjoy and share your experience!

DRY INGREDIENTS
  • Wheat Flour (Atta) - 1 cup
  • Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Tutti Frutti, dry fruits, raisins

WET INGREDIENTS
  • Oil - 1/4 cup
  • Yogurt - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence

PREPARATION STEPS:
  1. Beat sugar, yogurt, vanilla essence n oil till fluffy.
  2. Sieve wheat flour (or you can use refined flour), baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients n lightly fold till well mixed.
  4. Add Tutti Frutti, dry fruits and raisins.
  5. If needed, add milk to form a smooth batter.
  6. Pour in greased cake dish.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes till done.
