Choco vanilla no bake cake

Try out this amazing recipe that doesn't require you to bake! It will add an extra touch of love and sweetness for your family and friends in any joyous occasion! Enjoy and share your experience!
DRY INGREDIENTS
- Semolina (Suji) - 1 cup
- Cocoa powder - 2 to 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Dry fruits - Almonds, Cashew & Raisins
- Chocolate sauce
WET INGREDIENTS
- Milk - 2 cups
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Clarified butter (Ghee) - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence
- Chocolate sauce for garnishing
PREPARATION STEPS:
- Heat the clarified butter in a pan.
- Add Semolina and roast it, stirring continuously for sometime, till you get a nutty aroma (don't over roast it to avoid burning it).
- Mix the sugar in some lukewarm water till it dissolves (Do not cook it to make sugar syrup)
- Add Vanilla essence.
- Mix this sugar water in the Semolina stirring continuously .
- Lower the flame at this stage. (Be careful as Semolina may splatter when you add the sugar water. In that case, just hold a lid over the pan n keep stirring continuously till the 'Halwa' leaves the sides of the pan).
- When the semolina is cooked, add some chopped dry fruits in it.
- Divide the cooked Semolina (Halwa) into 2 equal parts.
- Put half of the mixture in a greased bowl and level with back of a spoon.
- In the other part add cocoa powder(dissolved in some water) and cook for a few more minutes.
- Take it off the flame.
- Spread the cocoa layer on top of the white layer n level and level with back of a spoon.
- Let set for sometime at room temperature.
- Take the cake out of the mould and garnish with chocolate sauce.
