APPLE HONEY OATS CAKE

APPLE HONEY  OATS CAKE
An eggless cake made with whole wheat flour( atta) and loaded with the goodness of apples,honey and  oats, making  it a super healthy cake 😅 Malai too has anti ageing properties if taken in moderation
INGREDIENTS
Atta 3/4 cup
Powdered oats 1/3 cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
 Apple 1
Honey 3/4 TBSP
Milk cream ( malai) 2_3 TBSP
Cinnamon powder
Vanilla essence
In a blender blend( WET INGREDIENTS)
 Apple and honey
(increase or decrease it  depending on sweetness of apple
Add malai( thick cream on top of boiled n cooled milk ) and blend
Add cinnamon powder and
vanilla essence
Sift -   (DRY INGREDIENTS)
Atta
powdered oats
baking powder
baking soda
Mix wet & dry ingredients( If needed use milk / apple juice to form batter)
Pour into greased and   lined cake dish
Bake in preheated oven at 180deg cel for 35 _ 40 minutes or till done.
 Used milk to make the batter 👆
Used apple juice to 👆 make the batter

Marble Cake(Star Cake) / Zebra(Ring Cake)

I always enjoy baking a marble/ zebra cake as I can experiment with the flavors. Of course also for the mystery of the  marble effect which unfolds only when the cake comes out of the oven and is sliced. The design on the star cake was a totally unexpected one, which I could not recreate again, though there has been no compromise on the taste and texture.          I have treated my colleagues to the zebra cake and it had been highly appreciated. SWISS ROLL Ingredients for the recipe 👆 The dry ingredients _ Flour, baking powder and soda 👆 Adding wet ingredients_sugar + oil+ milk 👆 Adding custard powder to 3/4 of the batter👆 Adding Cocoa and coffee powder to 1/4 of the batter 👆 Cocoa coffee powder batter 👆 The marbled beauty👆 OMG!
