Ice cream cakes

ICE CREAM CAKE
I scream you scream
We all scream for Ice cream
We all love ice creams and cakes . And when they are combined into one , it's a double treat 😅. This is the simplest cake to bake. With just a few ingredients you can bake a delicious cake 😋
INGREDIENTS
Make a smooth batter  with the following ingredients
Maida 1&1/2cups
Any flavour of ice cream -  2  cups softened but not melted . Just keep it out of the freezer for sometime.  ( I have used vanilla ice cream   for the rectangular  cake . For the heart cake I have used butter scotch flavor .I have decorated it with tutti frutti . It was my husband' birthday cake . )
Sugar 1/2 cup ( can skip if you want)
baking powder 2tsp
salt 1/2 tsp

milk as needed to make the batter
dry fruits , tutti frutti or any topping of your choice . ( You can leave the cake plain too)
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180degree celcius for 5 minutes
Pour  the cake batter in the greased  and lined cake dish
Bake at 180degcel  for 30_ 40 or till done

SWISS ROLL Ingredients for the recipe 👆 The dry ingredients _ Flour, baking powder and soda 👆 Adding wet ingredients_sugar + oil+ milk 👆 Adding custard powder to 3/4 of the batter👆 Adding Cocoa and coffee powder to 1/4 of the batter 👆 Cocoa coffee powder batter 👆 The marbled beauty👆 OMG!
