Microwave mayonnaise mug cake

MICROWAVE MAYONNAISE MUG CAKE
When I saw the recipes of mayonnaise cake/ cupcakes/ mug cakes on mobile , I was shell shocked . Never had heard of mayo in Cakes . Then I browsed through more recipes n also read the comments section . I was surprised that it's been done since the world war when commodities like eggs and milk were rationed . The mayo substituted for these . I wanted to bake this cake . But the hitch was mayo . First issue was would eggless mayo work for the recipe . The second problem was the taste . I wonderered if it would taste of mayo ..To make it or not to make it . Finally I decided to make a mug cake as a trial cake . if things didn't work out , there would be a small amount of wastage that would be pardonable . The cake  didn't have the  taste of mayo In it . Actually it tasted more like a chocolate cake
Flour _1/4 cup
Sugar _ 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp ( I used 1 heaped tsp  eggless mayo )
Cocoa powder    1 _ 2 tbsp
Coffee powder.    1/4 tsp ( I love the smell of coffee powder )
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1tsp
luke  warm Water  to make the batter
Mix sugar, warm water and mayo in a cup till light and fluffy
Add sifted flour, baking powder, Cocoa and coffee powders  and mix
Add oil
Make a smooth batter
Add dry fruits ( optional)
Microwave for about 2 minutes
After a successful attempt at making mayo mug cakes , today I ventured out to make a full fledged CHOCOLATE MAYO BROWNIES as I wanted to use up the mayo l
sitting in my fridge for pretty long. Mayonnaise Choco squares
Atta_ 1 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda_ 1/4 tsp
Cocoa powder 3_4 tbsp ( I have used chocolate powder)
Coffee powder _ 1tsp
Sugar(powder)_ 3/4 cup
Mayonnaise 3/4 cup
Raisins and almonds
Water to make the batter
Make batter ( This is a one bowl batter
recipe)
The brownies are soft and moist . There is no after taste of mayo πŸ˜‹ . I have garnished them with chocolate sauce and crushed almonds .

 Atta , baking powder,πŸ‘† baking soda, sugar (powdered) , chocolate powder, coffee powder
 Mayonnaise mixed with some water and vanilla essence πŸ‘†
 Batter is ready to go into the oven
 Freshly baked cake smells heavenly
Bake in Preheated oven 180 degree celcius 30_ 35 minutes
Cool n cut into pieces
Garnish with chocolate sauce and almonds
