WHOLE WHEAT JAGGERY CAKE
Make batter of
Atta - 1cup
Suji- 1/2cup
Baking powder_ 1/2tsp
Baking soda -1/4tsp
Gur( jaggery) 1 cup grated and dissolved in water (sieve it to remove impurities).
Oil_ 7 TBSp
Vanilla essence
Dry fruits - I used a handful of plumped up raisins
Seive all atta with baking powder n soda
Make a well in the centre
Add Gur water gradually
Mix lightly to form a batter
Add in raisins n mix again
Pour batter into greased cake dish
Bake in preheated oven at 180deg Celsius for 30-35 min or till done
