BATTENBURG CAKE

The battenburg cake The chef in the video moved her hands so deftly . Not a drop of sweat  trickled down her neatly trimmed  brows   . Her designer dress had no crease . Not a lock of  hair  was out of  place . The pots and pans in the kitchen were neatly arranged . The kitchen seemed to be the coolest place for her in the whole world . It was a tutorial on battenburg cake or chessboard cake as she  said . I didn't know whether to look at her and enjoy her facial expressions or to concentrate on the method to make the cake . Rolling her eyes and clicking of her fingers she explained the procedure in detail . I was awed by her voice modulation , facial expressions which changed like a chameleon .  The  agility with which she whipped up the ingredients and made the batter was awesome . I had a tough time keeping my focus on the tutorial . I had to rewind again and again to check out on the missing steps . It was too testing .   ...

May be now it has got a new name after a ' phoren' trip😜😜. Pheti huyi coffee is so down market you see . So now it's DALGONA COFFEE πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ€£πŸ€£ How to make it? Simple Ingredients to make the DALGONA COFFEE CREAM Coffee powder 2tsp Sugar powder2 tsp Water 1 tsp Method Beat till it is smooth and fluffy . It takes quite a muscle power . LOCKDOWN ANNIVERSARY 32 nd ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION      32 years of kabhi khushi kabhi gam Par Kasme wade nibhayenge hum Lockdown 32 nd Anniversary today  So made a simple and small  BISCUIT  CAKE as it does not require too many ingredients . Just biscuits of your choice , some sugar powder  ( if you want ) n flavouring . I have used cream biscuits to make the batter after removing the cream . I have used this cream for the topping πŸ˜ƒ . Cream Sandwich biscuits _ about 25_30 (powdered) _ separate the cream and keep aside . Use it for the topping Sugar ( powdered)_ 2 tsp Baking powder 1tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Essence, dry fruits Milk to make batter Make batter Bake in preheated oven for 30 _ 35 minutes or till done Cool the cake well Topping To the cream of the biscuits add a little milk and mix Use it to decorate your cake .
