MANGO UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
(I made the basic batter in the blender)
DRY INGREDIENTS
Atta _ 1n1/2 cup ( use maida if you want)
Custard powder _ 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 1tsp
Baking soda 1/2tsp
WET INGREDIENTS - To cream together till light n fluffy
Oil_1/4cup
Sugar powder_ 1/2cup
Fold in the dry ingredients little by little into the wet ingredients
Add milk / mango juice to form a lump free batter ( I used juice)
Add chopped mango pieces mix lightly
Arrange mango slices in a greased mould
Drizzle some caramelized sugar on them
Pour the batter n bake in a preheated oven of 180 Celsius for 35-40min till done
Cool n unmould
Enjoy
I used 1big Malda mango for the recipe
