SEMOLINA CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE


FOR THE CHOCOLATE CAKE( made in the air fryer 😆)
Semolina/suji.  _ 1 cup 
Fresh homemade curd _ 1/2 cup
Sugar  _ 3/4 cup
Oil _ 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder 2tbsp
Coffee powder ( optional) _ 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence 
Dry fruits ( optional) 
Pre-heat airfryer 190 degree celcius for 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl 
Pour into a greased cake dish that fits into the airfryer ( bake  in  the attachment for baking cakes if you have it .)  
Bake at 190 degree celcius for 25 _ 30 minutes or till done 
Cool the cake

OR THE FUDGE
Chocolate sauce ( ready made)
Cake crumbs
Milk
Mix all ingredients for the fudge(fudge mixture)
Keep the cake in a micro friendly shallow dish 
Pour the fudge mixture over the cake
Microwave for 2_3 minutes till the fudge mixture sets 
Cool and slice the cake  in the dish itself

Marble Cake(Star Cake) / Zebra(Ring Cake)

I always enjoy baking a marble/ zebra cake as I can experiment with the flavors. Of course also for the mystery of the  marble effect which unfolds only when the cake comes out of the oven and is sliced. The design on the star cake was a totally unexpected one, which I could not recreate again, though there has been no compromise on the taste and texture.          I have treated my colleagues to the zebra cake and it had been highly appreciated. SWISS ROLL Ingredients for the recipe 👆 The dry ingredients _ Flour, baking powder and soda 👆 Adding wet ingredients_sugar + oil+ milk 👆 Adding custard powder to 3/4 of the batter👆 Adding Cocoa and coffee powder to 1/4 of the batter 👆 Cocoa coffee powder batter 👆 The marbled beauty👆 OMG!
