 AQUAFABA CAKE AQUAFABA is a new substitute for egg whites  It is used for baking eggless cakes and  macaroons . AQUAFABA is the liquid you get after boiling good old chane . As I was soaking the chanas yesterday, I decided to try this cake . The recipe has been with me for quite a long time .  Aqua means water and Fana means beans . So AQUAFABA means water of beans  TO MAKE THE AQUAFABA  Soak 2 1/2 cups of chickpeas overnight. Wash and pressure cook with enough water above the chickpea level. Pressure cook for 10-15 minutes.  Once you open the cooker, drain the water. It will be thin and slightly brownish.  Reduce it until it becomes thick and dark brown.  CHOCOLATE COOKIES BROWNIES  ( Made in the air fryer) INGREDIENTS FLOUR.                    1 cup JAGGERY  WATER  1 cup ( put in  warm water till it dissolves)  COCOA POWDER 1/2 cup BAKING POWDER 1/2 tsp BAKING SODA.       1/4 tsp WATER 1/2 cup( to dissolve the jaggery) VEGETABLE OIL 1/4cup VANILLA EXTRACT 1 tsp CHOCOLATE BOURBON COOKIES _ a few _: each cookie  broken into  3 pieces JAM _ any flavor_ diluted with a little water DRY FRUITS _ chopped CHOCOLATE SAUCE Preheat the Air fryer  to 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes MAKING THE BATTER Put the jaggery in warm water and keep aside till it dissolves DRY INGREDIENTS  Sieve all the dry ingredients together in a -  flour, powder cocoa powder, baking powder and  baking soda  in a big bowl WET INGREDIENTS   Add all the wet ingredients _ jaggery water, oil, and vanilla extract to the sieved dry in...
